Frequently asked questions
How do I get started with Narraid?
Download Narraid from the App Store or Google Play, open the app, and tap Create account. Enter your email address, confirm it via the link we send you, set your name and a password, and you’re in. From there you can browse brands, play episodes, and build your listening library straight away. Account creation is free and takes less than a minute.
I can't log in. What should I do?
First, check that you’re using the email address you registered with — and that your password is correct. If you’ve forgotten your password, tap Forgot password on the login screen and we’ll send you a reset link by email. If the reset email doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
Still stuck? Contact us using the below form and mention the email address you used to register and a short description of what’s happening, and we’ll help you back in.
Can I listen to episodes offline?
Yes. You can download episodes over Wi-Fi and listen to them later without an internet connection — during your commute, on a break, or anywhere else. Downloaded episodes are stored on your device and remain available until you remove them.
How do I change the listening language?
Narraid episodes are available in up to 25 languages – depending the brand in focus. You can change your preferred listening language at any time from the language selector in the app.
If a particular episode hasn’t been produced in your preferred language yet, the app will show it in the default language for that brand — and we add new translations regularly.
Is Narraid free?
Yes, completely. There is no cost to download Narraid, no in-app purchases, no subscription, and no advertising.
How long are the episodes?
Most episodes are around five minutes long — designed to fit into a break, a commute, or a quiet moment before a shift. You can pause and resume at any time, and the app will remember where you left off.
The app isn't playing audio. What can I do?
Check that your device isn’t on silent mode and that the volume is turned up. If you’re using Bluetooth headphones or earbuds, try disconnecting and reconnecting them. Make sure the app is up to date by checking for updates in the App Store.
If none of this resolves the issue, contact us using the below form and let us know your device model and iOS / Android version.
Can I use Narraid with content my employer or a brand has shared with me?
Yes. Once you’re signed in, you can use Narraid like any other audio app — and if your team or a partner brand has shared specific content with you (for example, via a QR code on packaging or in-store), scanning it lets you access it alongside the rest of the catalogue. There’s nothing extra to install or pay for.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account in the app. This permanently removes your profile, your listening history, and any personal data we hold about you. If you’d prefer to do this by email, write to narraid@narraid.com from the address you registered with and we’ll process the deletion within 30 days.
Narraid is an audio-first learning app for people who care about the brands behind the products they sell, serve, and recommend. Short, podcast-style episodes — most around five minutes — turn brand stories into something you can actually listen to: on a commute, on a break, between shifts, or whenever a few quiet minutes show up.
Every episode is made with the people behind the products. Brand owners, founders, master distillers, perfumers, formulators, and chefs sit down with us to share the heritage of a fragrance, the craft behind a single malt, the thinking inside a skincare range, the service moments that turn a browser into a buyer. It’s the kind of knowledge that used to live only in a brand ambassador’s head, told in their own voice.
The catalogue spans beauty, fragrance, fashion, food, drinks, and lifestyle — and grows every week as new brand partners join. Episodes are produced in over 25 languages, so listeners can stay in the language they think in.
Narraid is free to download and free to listen to. There are no subscriptions, no in-app purchases, and no advertising.
The team behind Narraid is based in Europe and works with brand partners and audio producers around the world. We believe great listening teams aren’t trained — they’re inspired. And that inspiration is faster, more human, and more memorable when it arrives through a story you can hear, rather than a slide you have to read.
